Account Manager for the Property Consulting Group - HPR
Aon is looking for an Account Manager for the Property Risk Control Consultant to support the Property Risk Consulting Group. The successful candidate will work virtually from home and travel approximately 30% of the time primarily in the U.S. About the Role
Provide strategic consulting and client advocacy for a variety of occupancies. Compile natural catastrophe data and evaluate exposure at client locations using NFPA, FM Global, and other best practices. Coordinate vendor RFPs, manage vendor relationships, and support broker renewal and carrier meetings. Analyze data, prepare summary documents, and review maximum foreseeability and normal loss estimates. Key Responsibilities
Apply knowledge of NFPA and FM Global standards to evaluate fire protection systems. Explain general property risk management concepts to prospective clients and internal business groups. Climb ladders and stairs to access building roof areas and upper or lower floors during surveys. Transport and transition to and from ladders or stairs at client sites. Work from home and support remote collaboration. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience and professional designations. 3 to 10 years with an insurance carrier, vendor, or related property risk engineering experience. Strong communication skills and a self‑starter attitude. Ability to provide client advocacy and strategic consulting across multiple occupancies. Equal Employment Opportunity
