Provisioning Analyst
The Provisioning Analyst will process all aspects of account creation, deactivation, and user access requests for Yaamava, YSMN, and other tribal-owned properties. The role requires an understanding of user access mechanisms and proficiency with provisioning tools. Success demands high organization, self‑motivation, attention to detail, and a result‑focused mindset.
Responsibilities
Provision and de‑provision user access rights on various information systems, including multifactor authentication and VPN technologies.
Manage incidents and requests related to all aspects of provisioning responsibilities; troubleshoot account creation, access, and transfer issues.
Assist in designing, maintaining, and preserving the role‑based access structure.
Support verification of end‑user security; execute audits and adhere to all IT and InfoSec policies and procedures.
Document, analyze, and streamline application account provisioning processes.
Maintain provisioning team dashboard with executive‑level reporting on KPIs, SLAs, and other relevant metrics; recommend areas for improvement.
Create, review, and update a how‑to knowledge base of provisioning processes.
Participate in projects and tasks related to provisioning/deprovisioning as required.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Minimum two (2) years of IT Service Desk/IT Customer Support experience is required.
Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience with Identity and Access Management controls, principles, methods, and related regulatory obligations.
Excellent customer service skills; proactive communication to identify customer needs and personalize the customer experience.
Experience working in the casino or gaming industry is preferred.
Effective communication to all levels of the San Manuel organization in a professional and respectful demeanor.
Critical thinking skills to analyze, gather, and interpret information to identify process issues or roadblocks under time constraints.
Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Team‑oriented, collaborative environment experience.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations
At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
No driving responsibilities: role does not require a driver’s license or insurance.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Primary work environment is in a climate‑controlled office setting.
Work requires travel to attend meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
Incumbents may be required to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment.
Strength sufficient to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally.
Sedentary work: involves sitting most of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
