Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.
Work closely with cross‑organizational operations teams to handle related queries.
Reconcile discrepancies between various processing systems to ensure accuracy of regulatory reporting (e.g., cost basis and withholding).
Support requirements and testing of strategic platform initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Business field and/or experience in the Financial Industry.
Understanding of general accounting principles as they apply to the industry.
Understanding of general process controls, with knowledge of database, spreadsheet applications, and data modelling (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, other Office apps).
Superior communication skills, oral and written.
Excellent time management, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and meet operational and annual deadlines.
Attention to detail and quality of work.
Commitment to personal development.
