Job Description
8-10 years of experience in product planning discussions, including defining MVPs, release strategies, and deployment/migration approaches. Engage with stakeholders across business and technology to gather, clarify, and document requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and system features for development teams. Collaborate with Technology, Enterprise Architecture, and Business teams to resolve dependencies and define business rules. Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and walkthroughs to ensure shared understanding and alignment. Support backlog grooming, prioritization, and initiative sequencing based on business value. Provide input during testing and validation phases to ensure business outcomes are met. Track and report progress against business expectations and success criteria. Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading product planning and business analysis efforts. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Expertise in writing user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to resolve issues and align goals. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models. Bonus Qualifications
Prior experience in collateral management (Titles), Payment, Compliance or related financial services domains. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, Scrum Product Owner). Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms. Seniority level
