Boca Raton, FL , to hire a

Human Resources Coordinator

who will provide daily support to the HR Manager across a range of people-focused initiatives. This role is an excellent next step for someone with strong administrative skills who's eager to build experience in human resources, recruiting, and employee engagement. You'll assist with key HR operations for a team of 150+ employees, helping ensure processes run smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with company standards. This is a full-time, 100% onsite opportunity offering broad exposure to core HR functions and the chance to grow within a collaborative, people-first company. Key Responsibilities

Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related questions and documentation. Coordinate scheduling, communications, and logistics for recruiting and interviews. Prepare onboarding materials and support new-hire orientation. Maintain organized employee records and update internal HR databases. Track training completion, background checks, and compliance items. Generate basic HR reports and assist with periodic audits. Help plan employee recognition, wellness, and engagement activities. Draft and update HR templates, forms, and internal correspondence. Provide general administrative support to the HR department and leadership team. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. 1-3 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to learn HR systems quickly. Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Professional, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
