As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams to deliver key customer solutions and the technology to support them. You will have ample opportunities to participate in all stages of our engineering lifecycle— from initial research and discovery, quick iteration on promising concepts, solution prototyping, and development, all the way through successful service rollout and Live Site support. Responsibilities
Design, implement, verify, deploy, and maintain high‑quality code using modern engineering practices and tools. Optimize, debug, and refactor code to improve performance and maintainability, and effectiveness. Work with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a feature. Collaborate with experienced engineers and mentors to translate ideas from research and design into production‑grade systems. Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) in monitoring system/product feature/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions for simple problems, and recommend actions to restore system/product/service by following the playbook. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s processes, practices, and culture. Learn and adopt new technologies and frameworks as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience 2+ years of experience working on cross‑functional and/or cross‑team projects. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in building, evaluating and optimizing AI models, experience with Prompt and Context Engineering. Software engineering experience including building and maintaining large‑scale web applications. Proficient with high‑quality software design, development experience with effective problem solving, and debugging skills. Creative problem‑solving & analytical skills to drive keen insights and identification of opportunities combined with a “sense of urgency” to develop solutions. Understanding and knowledge about big data and writing queries with Kusto/KQL. A proven track record of shipping high‑quality products or solutions. Compensation and benefits
Software Engineering IC3 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 – $199,000 per year. Certain locations have a different range – USD $131,400 – $215,400 per year.
