Sr. IT Manager

$130,000 $150,000 per year. Eligibility for annual discretionary cash bonus (10% target) and annual discretionary restricted stock units bonus (10% target) based on performance goals and targets. About This Role
This role reports onsite to available office locations listed. Remote or hybrid is not available. The Sr. IT Manager will lead and manage enterprise infrastructure operations and end?user support services, driving operational excellence, ensuring system reliability, and delivering exceptional user support across the organization. Responsibilities Infrastructure & Systems Management Oversee administration and optimization of Microsoft Server environments. Manage and maintain Active Directory architecture, group policies, and identity/access controls. Lead cloud infrastructure initiatives using Microsoft Azure. Administer Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
Desktop Engineering & Help Desk
Direct the Desktop Engineering team in deploying, configuring, and maintaining end?user devices and software. Implement and manage endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune) for patching, compliance, and asset tracking. Lead the Help Desk function to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and high customer satisfaction. Develop and enforce IT support policies, escalation procedures, and knowledge base documentation.
Security & Compliance
Collaborate with InfoSec teams to enforce infrastructure security policies and conduct vulnerability remediation. Monitor and respond to system/network security incidents and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Leadership & Strategy
Mentor and develop technical staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Partner with cross?functional teams to align IT services with business goals. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Technical Skills Microsoft Server (2016/2019) Active Directory & Group Policy Azure IaaS/PaaS Office 365 Administration SQL DBA SCCM & Intune Endpoint Security & Patch Management Help Desk Operations & ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
Certifications: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSA/MCSE, ITIL Foundation (preferred).
