What You’ll Be Doing The Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Manager leads O&M teams in a top‑tier safety culture and manages EH&S safety practices. The manager implements, administers, develops, and improves EH&S programs, assists management in injury and illness prevention, and ensures operations follow local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.
Daily Responsibilities
Managing city, county, state, and federal compliance requirements.
Conducting plant audits including housekeeping and risk assessment.
Analyzing incident history, behavioral observations, hazard reports, and plant audits to identify performance trends and create improvement strategies.
Collecting and analyzing data from safety programs, reviewing incident reports, hazard reports, near‑hit reports, and non‑routine tasks.
Managing and facilitating plant safety education programs.
Conducting new employee onboarding, ensuring regulatory and company safety management programs are reviewed.
Developing and administering safety training presentations covering OSHA compliance and cultural/behavioral change processes.
Who We Are Looking For You’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast‑paced environment. You have 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and coaching the EH&S function in a manufacturing setting and have created training programs. You’re a lifelong learner, preferably with a Bachelor’s in occupational health and safety, and a CSP designation is a plus. Safety is your passion, you’re safety conscious, and you don’t take shortcuts. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.

Salary Range $90,000—$115,000 USD
