What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead technical discussions to identify gaps in the telematics data platform and influence the product roadmap
Collaborate with other engineering teams to make design decisions and ensure a seamless customer experience
Ship features that are used immediately by customers and iterate based on their feedback
Deliver full-stack features across front-end, back-end, and mobile platforms using various technologies
Maintain production systems and provide operational support for owned systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of experience designing and building products in a skilled software engineering team
Demonstrated expertise in establishing data models and contracts within large organizations
Proven track record of leading design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable software systems
Experience mentoring and supporting engineers in a technical lead capacity
Proactive growth mindset with a continuous improvement approach

Curiosity about customers and eagerness to enhance their experiences
Experience building machine learning-enabled products
Strong desire to iterate on new products based on customer feedback
