Position Summary The Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at the Indiana University School of Medicine is seeking an Abdominal Radiologist for our Indianapolis-based academic radiology practice. The IU School of Medicine is in direct partnership with Indiana University Health Medical Group (IUHMG), Indiana’s most comprehensive healthcare system. This is a clinical track position with a full-time, primarily based at the Academic Health Center. Expertise in the full range of diagnostic abdominal imaging is desired. There is an opportunity to work remotely ~1 day per week. There are no evening or overnight hours. Nontraditional work models in the future may increase weeks off. The candidate will work with residents, fellows, and medical students in one of the largest medical schools and radiology residency programs in the U.S. Extensive research collaboration opportunities exist with oncologists, surgeons, and gastroenterologists. Dedicated time for academic efforts is available with administrative and logistical support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical diagnostic abdominal imaging services.

Educate residents, fellows, and medical students.

Engage in research collaboration across disciplines.

Participate in academic program development and administrative duties.

Qualifications

Doctorate or terminal degree (MD) required; eligible for licensure in Indiana.

Abdominal Radiology or Body MRI fellowship complete or in process.

ABR certification or in process.

Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration.
