Responsibilities
Provide thought partnership to the Strategy & Transformation leadership team and business partners on a broad range of business-critical topics.
Independently drive project analytics, applying logical and creative thinking to deliver fact-based insights.
Build “Executive ready” project deliverables with limited guidance from project leaders.
Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills including the ability to challenge the status quo.
Execute against time-sensitive requests from Executive leaders and cross-functional business partners.
Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / geopolitical trends.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. 5+ years of strategy experience in a variety of positions, both internally and externally or 2+ years of strategy experience and a Master's degree.
Preferred Qualifications MBA strongly preferred. Top-tier Consulting firm strategy experience preferred. Consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience and/or supporting CPG organizations.
Skills & Competencies
Highly analytical, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills.
Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks.
Outstanding project management skills.
High Emotional Intelligence and verbal and written communication skills to educate and influence senior leaders; ability to “manage up”.
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of macro, social, cultural, consumer, and business trends.
This position is limited to persons with an indefinite right to work in the United States.
This position is a hybrid model, with 3X a week in-office requirement. Preferred office: Purchase, NY
