A Day in the Life As Brand General Manager, you’ll lead the strategic marketing and communications vision for our portfolio of brands. You’ll drive integrated marketing programs that inspire consumers, elevate brand positioning, and deliver measurable business impact. This role requires a mix of strategic leadership, creative thinking, and analytical rigor to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of brand strategy, vision, and go-to-market plans across all channels.

Translate company objectives into actionable marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

Partner cross-functionally with product, creative, and field marketing to ensure alignment and consistency across campaigns.

Oversee and mentor brand management teams, fostering collaboration, growth, and accountability.

Establish and monitor KPIs for marketing performance, delivering regular business reviews to the CMO.

Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.

Evaluate consumer and market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to inform brand strategy.

Ensure all marketing and advertising initiatives reinforce brand identity and support product line strategy.

Collaborate with sales leadership to identify high-value accounts and strengthen field activation efforts.

Champion a culture of innovation, excellence, and results within the marketing organization.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).

10+ years of experience leading marketing strategy and brand management within a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment.

5+ years of experience within the

CPG or beverage

industry preferred.

Proven track record of delivering data-driven marketing strategies that achieve measurable business results.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience developing and scaling high-performing teams.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills — both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Nielsen, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp, social media platforms).
