We are seeking a
Senior Project Manager
to lead high‑profile industrial, commercial, and healthcare projects in the Chicago market. This role is responsible for full project oversight from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring seamless coordination between field teams, clients, and design partners.
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of project delivery, including budgets, schedules, contracts, and client communications.
Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver on time and within scope.
Drive preconstruction planning, procurement, and risk management.
Oversee change orders, pay applications, and project financials.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.
Qualifications
10+ years of project management experience with commercial/industrial projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and client‑facing skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
