The New Verticals Partner Integrations team is dedicated to our Merchant's success, working to build cutting-edge technology services that empower merchants to grow their businesses seamlessly. About the Role
DoorDash is looking for someone who wants a challenge, likes interfacing with top partners, and is passionate about standardizing and scaling high growth products across our New Verticals business. You will serve as the Technical Account Manager for these integrations, gathering information from partners and helping them connect to our systems. You will be expected to get to the lowest level of detail to understand our products and processes, as well as to think strategically about growing this business and function. You will strategize with our cross-functional DoorDash teams to build and operate a world class integrations platform. This role will focus on third-party integrations, unlocking new selection and value-added features.

by partnering with Growth Operations to educate stakeholders on integrations and create user-friendly enablement content
Your responsibilities in this role are…
Be a Subject Matter Expert
for DoorDash’s integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds.
Collaborate closely with Merchants and Integrations partners
to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful integration onto the DoorDash platform.
Communicate effectively
with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support.
Translate complex technical requirements
into clear business solutions that align with our partner’s objectives.
Work on strategic projects
based on Merchant needs to uplevel our product offering and to contribute to our processes and documentation to continuously improve.

Qualifications
Operational
Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes
Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships
Experience in project and/or program management
Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams
Experience working in retail ecommerce a plus
Technical
3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions
Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks
Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve
General
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado: $78,200—$115,000 USD
