As a Lead Clinical Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. You will provide patients with behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide treatment for mental health conditions using various approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Supervise and mentor, providing explanations & guidance to others on the most complex/critical issues
Serve as a leader among the clinical team, providing recommendations for improvement and mentoring other clinicians
The ideal candidate will have formal training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and experience delivering evidence-based treatment to individuals with complex emotional and behavioral needs. This role involves providing individual therapy, DBT skills groups, and participating in consultation team meetings

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
Clear, active and unrestricted license [LICSW] in the state of Minnesota
Board approved supervisor as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a new position
Skilled DBT therapist (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
Intensive Outpatient Program Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of professional experience post master's degree providing behavioral health services
Supervisory experience
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families and groups
Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
