Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation package up to $127,000 annually with uncapped performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, certification bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high‑quality ABA therapy services.
Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
Foster a culture of teamwork, self‑improvement, and professional development within the center.
Manageable caseload: support up to 8 children to prevent burnout.
No non‑compete clauses: talent does not need restrictions.
Clinical Guidance & Development BCBAs guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team featuring industry‑leading clinicians such as Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri.
Continuing education: minimum 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house with extra funds to attend additional training courses and 2 paid days off for CEU events.

Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality.
