Top 200 AM Law firm , is seeking a
Real Estate Litigation Attorney
to join their dynamic and growing Pasadena & Cerritos office. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of complex real estate litigation matters, representing developers, property owners, landlords, tenants, contractors, and public entities in both state and federal court. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected firm known for its strong real estate and business litigation practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle real estate disputes involving commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, construction claims, title and boundary issues, and property management conflicts
Represent clients in landlord-tenant disputes, including unlawful detainer actions and lease enforcement
Manage all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with a strong attention to detail
Conduct mediations, arbitrations, and participate in trials as needed
Provide strategic counsel on risk management and dispute resolution
Collaborate with transactional attorneys to address litigation risks in real estate contracts and deals
Qualifications:
3–20 years of civil litigation experience, with a strong background in Real Estate litigation
Experience representing clients in lease disputes, construction litigation, or land use matters preferred
Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
Admission to practice law in the State of California is required
