Territory Manager - Outside Sales
Priority1, Inc. is a dynamic nationwide consulting and contract logistics company specializing in LTL, truckload, air freight, and warehouse services. We are seeking a Territory Manager for our Burlington, MA office to drive new business acquisition, establish strong client relationships, and grow into a Senior Territory Manager or Regional Sales Manager role by selling to executive‑level decision makers (Owner, CEO, CFO, President, Vice President).

Prospecting New Business through B2B cold calling and door‑to‑door outreach
Lead Generation and CRM utilization to track activity
New Account Setup and Sales Pipeline Management
Ongoing Account Management and Upsell Opportunities
Training and Development Three weeks of corporate training followed by continued field training with Upper Management. New hires integrate into the “Fast Start Program” immediately after Basic Sales Training in Little Rock, AR.
Requirements of a Priority1 Territory Manager
0–2 years of sales experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field preferred
Active campus or athletic background highly recommended
Enthusiastic, energetic, and polished professional demeanor
Determined to be part of a winning team
Burning desire to achieve success
Compensation
Base Salary of $50,000 + Uncapped Commission + $500 Monthly Car Allowance
Reimbursement for Gas Receipts
