Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Encompass Group
The Encompass Group is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to identify a Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions. This executive role will drive the organization’s growth strategy by leading the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic acquisitions and partnerships that enhance market position and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all M&A activities, including deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, and execution.
Develop and implement M&A strategies that align with organizational goals and long-term growth initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to assess the strategic fit of potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
Manage relationships with external advisors, including legal, financial, and consulting partners.
Provide market intelligence, industry trend analysis, and competitive insights to inform executive decision-making.
Oversee post-merger integration planning to ensure operational efficiencies and value realization.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in M&A, corporate development, or investment banking, ideally within healthcare.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial modeling skills.
Proven ability to lead complex transactions and manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level stakeholder management capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
