Litigation Associate – General Tort Litigation Amundsen Davis seeks a Litigation Associate to join its Chicago office practicing general Tort litigation. Ideal candidates are licensed in Illinois and have at least 3 years of experience in civil litigation, including prior trial experience. Strong communication skills, solid analytical & writing skills, and the ability to work well on a team are also required. You will represent clients in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to oral & written discovery, active motions, and trial practice in both state and federal court. Experience in drafting pleadings, responding to discovery, conducting depositions, client communication, and preparing case evaluations on liability, damages, and recommended course of action is strongly preferred.
