A law firm seeks a Health Counsel / Senior Counsel to join its Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will possess 6-10 years of experience in False Claims Act investigations and litigation, with a strong background in health care fraud and abuse laws.
Duties
Lead and manage False Claims Act investigations and litigation. Advise clients on compliance with health care fraud and abuse laws. Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies. Represent clients in court and administrative proceedings. Requirements
6-10 years of relevant legal experience. Experience with the Department of Justice Civil Fraud Division or a U.S. Attorney's Office preferred. Strong academic background. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia. Skills
Expertise in False Claims Act and health care fraud laws. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
