Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior Project Manager
to lead civil engineering projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering impactful infrastructure and land development projects that shape communities and enhance quality of life. Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects including site development, municipal infrastructure, and public works. Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality control from proposal through construction. Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project engineers and junior staff. Coordinate with internal teams, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare and review engineering reports, design plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Support business development efforts through proposal preparation, client presentations, and participation in industry events. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PE license required. 10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a project management role. Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and permitting processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar platforms. Preferred Experience
Experience with municipal clients, land development, or water/wastewater infrastructure. Familiarity with sustainable design practices and low-impact development (LID) strategies. Business development experience and a strong professional network in the region. What We Offer
