Director, Special Projects (IKC)
DaVita Kidney Care is recruiting a Chief of Staff to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to partner on strategy, execution, and special projects across our Integrated Kidney Care model.

Core Responsibilities
Support the CTO in crafting and executing strategic initiatives.
Organize and implement management processes to drive collaboration across lanes.
Identify process gaps or improvement opportunities, then implement solutions.
Support the development and effectiveness of the GVP+ leadership team(s).
Drive internal and external communications by crafting key messages and recommendations.
Lead critical projects across multiple service lanes; monitor metrics, track progress, and prepare presentations for senior leadership.
Collaborate across teams to perform analyses and synthesize results.
Education & Experience Requirements
Prior experience in strategy, consulting, or healthcare growth/operations supporting enterprise-level initiatives.
Experience in healthcare services and/or working with payors, physician networks, value-based care models, and/or integrated care models preferred.
Strong written communication skills and ability to develop clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations.
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
At least 5-7 years of experience in strategic execution leadership roles.
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
Must be comfortable presenting data and recommendations to help senior leaders make decisions.
Demonstrated track record of top performance and desire to transform healthcare delivery.
