Senior, Financial Analyst/FP&A – Bilingual Korean
Join Samsung Research America (SRA) as a senior FP&A Analyst, fluent in Korean and English, to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization.

Position Summary The Senior FP&A Analyst partners with cross‑functional teams and senior management to deliver actionable insights that support company decision making. This role oversees budget planning, variance analysis, financial closing, and investment planning.
Position Responsibilities
Coordinate annual and mid‑long‑term corporate planning cycles, including expense and headcount forecasts
Coordinate budget planning, monitoring, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with company strategy
Support monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, including CO activities, reconciliations, and variance explanations
Conduct monthly flash reports to executives, highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities
Prepare, review, and deliver reports, presentations, and analysis in both English and Korean
Partner with HR, Accounting, and R&D Labs to align financial and business goals
Contribute to FP&A processes, including automation, reporting tools, and best‑practice implementation
Support investment and capital expenditure planning, including ROI and usage analysis
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of professional FP&A experience in a tech or global company
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with deep understanding of business processes
Excellent communication skills in Korean and English, oral and written
Experience acting as a bridge between U.S. and Korean headquarters for business and financial updates
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and financial software (SAP)
Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under fast‑paced conditions
Professional certification (MBA, CFA) is a plus
Compensation Base Pay Range: $107,700—$148,100 USD. Annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits are included.
