Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Tysons Corner, VA. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and motivating the sales team, managing inventory levels, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the store's visual and merchandising standards. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, developing strategies to increase sales and profitability, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Leadership skills, including motivating and managing a sales team
Customer service and interpersonal skills
Inventory management and merchandising skills
Analytical skills for assessing sales performance and developing strategies
Understanding and adherence to company policies and procedures
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience in the fashion retail industry is a plus
