Multiple Site Security Officer – Full Time – Brighton, CO (Denver Metro & Surrounding Area)
We are looking for a dedicated security professional to provide operational support to our client and district managers at multiple locations. This officer will need to be available 6am-11pm or 2pm-6am and will patrol assigned sites on foot or in vehicle, ensuring safety and security for all visitors.
Responsibilities
Provide security for short-term special assignments and support staffing requirements during shortages. Assist in start-ups at new accounts, including writing post orders and training checklists for newly assigned permanent officers. Expect to work on weekends, holidays, and high-need periods with limited notice. Patrol site on foot or in vehicle, checking for unsafe conditions, hazards, and unauthorized persons. Write detailed incident reports on unauthorized entries, suspicious activity, emergency situations, and other observed issues. Benefits

18 years of age or older. High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months. Standard computer and technology skills needed. Conflict resolution and de‑escalation skills a plus. Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals professionally. Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation. All candidates must be willing to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation. 2 years of experience preferred. CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications are a plus but are not required for every site. Physical requirements may include seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly, occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs and uneven terrain, and lifting up to 10–25 pounds.
