Lead Solution Architect - MarTech Platforms

Hybrid Job Location: New Jersey, New York, Wilmington, DE, Chicago, Atlanta – All location available

12+ years of experience in Marketing Technology (Martech), Naehas or similar Offer Management platforms.

Experience with architecting and designing scalable Offer Management solutions using Naehas and related Martech platforms.

Strong understanding of customer segmentation, data modeling, and real-time personalization.

Proven experience integrating with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud/CRM.

Experience in Leading technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.

Define and enforce best practices for solution design, data modeling, and integration patterns.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with API design, data pipelines, and cloud-based architectures is a plus.

Drive integration strategies with CDPs, CRMs, and real-time personalization engines.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Participate in client workshops, presenting architectural options and roadmaps.
