Responsibilities
Oversee development and successful delivery of data science and generative AI solutions in accordance with business requirements; monitor solutions in production.
Develop technical delivery plans and execute on those plans to deliver solutions on time.
Mentor and oversee junior data scientists.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams that comprise product managers, engineers and business leaders.
Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLMs efficacy, ground truth dataset quality, and guide product development roadmap.
Required Applied Skills
7+ years of experience in a traditional data science role, preferably in NLP, working in an agile production‑oriented environment.
3+ years of experience managing teams of data scientists and/or engineers.
2+ years of experience building Generative AI solutions (Prompt engineering, designing and building RAG frameworks, validation pipelines, observability and monitoring solutions).
Preference for candidates with experience on the Palantir platform or who can demonstrate certification.
PHD or master’s in data sciences or master’s in computer science.
Required Experience
Ability to work in a fast pasted high‑stakes environment.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within and across teams.
Ability to act in a managerial as well as hands‑on experience.
Highly technical and hands‑on leader.
