Oracle Procurement Cloud Functional Consultant
The following qualifications and responsibilities outline the expectations for this role:
Looking for a Procure-to-Invoice (P2I) lead with strong experience in WebCenter to Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) migration.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 3–5 years specifically in Oracle Procurement Cloud.
Competency: Digital – SaaS SCM Oracle Procurement Cloud.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end Oracle Procurement Cloud implementations, especially around P2I processes.
Deep functional expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud modules including Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Procurement Contracts.
Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Invoice lifecycle, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and supplier collaboration.
Hands‑on experience with WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) and IDR, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Ability to lead and facilitate requirement gathering workshops, conduct fit‑gap analysis, and translate business needs into Oracle Cloud solutions.
Skilled in creating functional specifications, configuring Oracle Procurement Cloud, and supporting system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Experience in data migration, integration testing, and cutover planning.
Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including supply chain, finance, and IT to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve functional issues and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and ability to assess their impact on existing configurations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions.
