Responsibilities

Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and part lists to determine required materials.

Accurately pick, count, and kit parts for fabrication jobs.

Stage kits in designated areas for production teams.

Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies and updating records.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.

Collaborate with fabrication, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate kitting.

Perform routine inspections of kits to ensure completeness and quality.

Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Experience: 1+ years in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills: Ability to read and understand technical documents and part drawings; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; basic computer skills (e.g., ERP systems, inventory software).

Other: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; forklift certification is a plus.

Working Conditions

Fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

May require overtime or weekend work depending on production needs.
