Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Required Qualifications

At least 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with full cycle ownership

Experience in a high growth or scale up environment where headcount grew rapidly

Strong sourcing skills for active and passive candidates across multiple functions

Data driven mindset, experience reporting and optimizing recruiting metrics

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Demonstrated experience with immigration and visa processes, especially with Japanese visa or immigration requirements.

Proven record of helping scale organizations by adding headcount quickly and sustainably

Experience in both non technical and technical role hiring across multiple functions

Key Responsibilities

Significant experience in recruiting in a high growth environment

Proven record of helping scale organizations by adding headcount quickly and sustainably

Experience in both non technical and technical role hiring across multiple functions

Comfortable building recruiting infrastructure from scratch

Experience with visa and immigration processes for international employees especially Japanese nationals

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across levels of the organization

Data driven mindset and ability to report hiring metrics clearly

Compensation and Benefits

$110,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
