growing investment management firm , is seeking a
Marketing & Communications Lead
to drive brand strategy, digital presence, and strategic communications across multiple platforms.
This role is perfect for a

You’ll serve as a key storyteller, strategist, and executor — partnering with leadership to enhance brand visibility and engagement across investors, media, and portfolio audiences.
Key Responsibilities Brand & Content Development
Lead and manage the firm’s brand strategy and messaging across all channels.
Create and oversee high-impact content for web, email, social, and digital campaigns.
Produce and edit compelling materials, including podcasts, press releases, and investor communications.
Ensure consistent storytelling across all key audiences and platforms.
Digital Marketing Leadership
Develop and execute digital‑first campaigns to support marketing and investor relations goals.
Manage digital content calendars, social media presence, and website updates.
Track, analyze, and optimize performance to strengthen engagement and brand reputation.
Identify opportunities to innovate and grow the firm’s digital footprint.
Creative Project Management
Collaborate with external partners, designers, and freelancers to produce high‑quality content.
Lead marketing projects end‑to‑end, from concept through completion, often with minimal precedent.
Media Relations & Communications
Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry publications.
Identify story opportunities that align with the firm’s goals and positioning.
Monitor coverage and market trends to inform strategy.
Internal Collaboration
Partner closely with Investor Relations and leadership teams on marketing initiatives, announcements, and presentations.
Proactively deliver creative solutions that enhance communication and visibility.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience
in a marketing or communications role.
Industry experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, or Banking
Strong background in
digital marketing, PR, and content creation.
Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent writing, editing, and brand storytelling skills.
Familiarity with
web CMS platforms, analytics tools, and social media publishing tools.
Highly proactive and comfortable working in an evolving, collaborative setting.
