What You Will Do
Plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate nursing services and staff direction.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and implementation of core nursing programs.
Maintain accurate resident care records and reports.
Orient and train all nursing service personnel.
Manage department budget and follow center policies and procedures.
Must Have
Current state RN licensure without enforcement.
Preferred 3+ years DON experience.
