This role will focus primarily on custom development and integration, while also supporting administrative platform management, release readiness, and feature enablement and enhancement. The Salesforce Developer is a hands‑on Salesforce expert with a strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration frameworks, paired with solid administrative experience to deliver well‑rounded, impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities

Custom Development & Automation – Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Custom Metadata, and asynchronous processing; build and support platform event‑based and API‑driven integrations across enterprise systems; develop reusable components and contribute to scalable architecture strategy; conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, support technical quality assurance; create and validate proof‑of‑concept solutions. Platform Administration & Support – Configure and manage Salesforce features, custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, profiles, roles, permission sets; build and maintain flows and process automation; support user management, license provisioning, environment access; monitor system health, perform release readiness reviews, implement updates; respond to and resolve administrative support tickets. Platform Integration & Data Synchronization – Implement and maintain secure, reliable integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and platform events; design and support automation to ensure data consistency; monitor and optimize performance of data flows; support release management through CI/CD pipelines. Project Execution & Collaboration – Partner with technical leads, architects, stakeholders; support full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, testing, deployment, documentation; collaborate with admins and product owners to align solutions with security, usability, scalability standards. Competencies & Skills

Proficient in Apex, LWC, integrations, declarative automation; strong problem‑solving; effective collaboration; experience with release testing and feature enablement. Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent technical experience. 5+ years hands‑on Salesforce development; 3+ years administration; expert Apex, LWC, triggers, flows; solid integration experience; familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Copado, DevOps. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred; Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications preferred.
