React Architect Job Title: React Architect

Location Columbus, OH (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Duration 6 Months (Contract)

Base pay range $1.00/hr - $2.00/hr

Responsibilities

Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure React-based applications

Lead front-end development strategy, component libraries, and reusable frameworks

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders

Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms

Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce coding standards

Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance user experience

Ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory standards

Qualifications

8+ years of front-end development experience, with 5+ years in React.js

Proven experience architecting large-scale React applications in enterprise environments

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and performance profiling tools

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial services or investment banking environments

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and secure coding practices
