Title:

Identity Governance Engineer

As a SailPoint engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll play a critical role in IAM and Zero Trust. You’ll support large-scale IAM projects for our clients, interface with stakeholders and engineering teams, analyze the identity lifecycle, design and deploy systems that verify user privileges, and manage credentials for accessing our clients’ most valuable assets.

Responsibilities

Support large-scale IAM projects for clients and interface with stakeholders and engineering teams.

Analyze the identity lifecycle, articulate access requirements, and define enterprise identity records.

Design, deploy, and support systems that verify appropriate user privileges and manage credentials.

Implement enterprise-class solutions from single sign-on to privileged access systems.

Qualifications

Experience with identity governance platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or ForgeRock.

Experience with identity lifecycle processes, provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and certification.

Experience developing workflows for joiner, mover, and leaver scenarios and automating identity tasks.

Experience in Java for customizing IIQ workflows, rules, and connectors.

Experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Oracle, and cloud platforms including AWS or Azure.

Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure AD integration with identity systems.

Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and analysts.

Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.

Bachelor’s degree.

Nice if you have

Experience with IAM platforms including Microsoft Azure AD, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust.

Knowledge of Enterprise Directory architectures.

Knowledge of emerging authentication, authorization, and privilege access management technologies and protocols.

Knowledge of various access control frameworks, including NIST 800-63.

Ability to lead and coach technical staff.

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation Salary range: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
