Banking Ops Client Services Consultant

Remote position. Candidates must live within approximately a 70‑mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Charlotte, NC; Cedar Falls, IA; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO; or Louisville, KY. All positions may require an onsite interview or in‑person onboarding requirement.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Conduct on‑site and remote customer operational and/or systems analysis resulting in problem identification.
Identify operational and system enhancement opportunities.
Draft detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for process improvement; design solutions and hardware/software specifications by creating detailed documents.
Effectively discuss JHA products, services, and solutions with customers to ensure client retention.
Participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in back‑office, operations, or IT in the banking industry.
Demonstrated experience in configuring and managing user access, including user profile and account setup, with a strong focus on security, accuracy, and role‑based permissions.
Jack Henry SilverLake Core System software experience.
Experience with Query or Data Mining Tools.
Must be able to travel up to 40% (travel may include 1 or more trips per month; each trip could last up to a week depending on client needs).
Nice to have:
SilverLake Global Security Module experience.
Proficient in performing comprehensive User Access Reviews and Audits to ensure compliance, identify access discrepancies, and uphold security best practices across systems.
SilverLake software experience with General Ledger configuration.
Ability to problem‑solve and provide solutions to customers.
Able to define system and functional requirements.
Able to analyze current processes and identify recommendations for improvement.
Able to project a positive image to customers.
Able to meet aggressive deadlines and work on multiple projects concurrently.
Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.
