The Role: Energy Independence Evangelist As a Direct-to-Home Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating your own business and closing high-impact, high-ticket solar sales. Success in this role is entirely dependent on your drive and commitment to in-person outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Generate & Close: Conduct effective door-to-door outreach to identify homeowners, educate them on the benefits of solar and battery storage, and close sales.
Team & Training: Attend two in-person team meetings weekly (Tuesdays and Thursdays in Milpitas) and participate in company-wide training and opportunity calls.
Brand Ambassador: Represent the company's commitment to quality and sustainability in every customer interaction.
Strategic Outreach: Collaborate on outreach strategies and utilize provided team profiles for LinkedIn and Instagram engagement (with recruiter assistance).
Compensation & Rewards: Uncapped Earning Potential This is a 100% commission-based role that rewards high performance directly.
Commission Power: Earn an average of $7,500 per install.
Expected Income: Average performers earn $125,000+ per year, with top performers reaching $250,000 to $500,000+.
Additional Incentives: Opportunities for equity, performance bonuses, and company-sponsored luxury trips.
