Job Summary
The Commercial Project Manager (CPM) will manage all financial aspects of assigned projects, collaborating closely with the Project Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage all finance-related aspects of assigned projects, including Accounting, Legal, Tax, Foreign Currencies, and Revenue Recognition.
Ensure compliance with IFRS15, local GAAP, reporting guidelines, and internal controls.
Oversee financial execution of projects including creation of sales orders, project setup in SAP, invoicing, payment tracking, cost maintenance, and insurance requirements.
Perform project controlling, forecasting, and reporting of financial status across assigned projects.
Partner with the Technical Project Manager during project steering, contract negotiations, and strategy development.
Support Project Managers in ensuring quality, profitability, and achievement of project goals (revenue, margin, SG&A, and cash flow).
Prepare and maintain commercial documentation for regular project status meetings.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of all commercial project data during project execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Project Manager (CPM) or in a Project Finance role.
In-depth knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Power Query, and SAP.
Strong understanding of accounting principles such as revenue recognition, loss calculations, and cash management.
Skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
