Seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Level Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in New York commercial real estate transactions, demonstrating proficiency in drafting, negotiating, and closing complex deals. Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and other transactional paperwork. Conduct due diligence and title review for commercial real estate transactions. Collaborate with clients, brokers, lenders, and other parties to facilitate smooth closings. Provide strategic advice on deal structure, risk management, and legal compliance. Manage multiple transactions efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Support senior attorneys on high-profile matters requiring expertise and critical thinking. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school. 3-8 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions in New York. Strong understanding of New York real estate laws and regulations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and client service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance within the specified hours.
