Responsibilities
Assist clients with real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and financing.
Negotiate and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
Conduct due diligence and title searches to identify and address potential issues.
Provide legal opinions and guidance on real estate matters to clients and stakeholders.
Represent clients during negotiations and dispute resolutions related to real estate issues.
Stay up-to-date on legal developments related to real estate law and share insights with the team and clients.
Requirements JD and licensed to practice in California 3+ years of experience
