Clifford Chance, one of the largest international law firms, invites applications for transactional associate attorneys in the Houston Corporate group.
Role Overview The Houston office of Clifford Chance seeks transactional associate attorneys in the Firm's Corporate group. Experience in M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and minority / majority investments in the Energy & Infrastructure sector is strongly preferred.
Qualifications
Stellar academic credentials and major law firm experience required. Preferred class years 2018-2020.
Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).
Compensation & Benefits Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $365,000 to $420,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
