Research Scientist/Scholar I or II - Open Pool
Working Title: Research Scientist/Scholar I or II - Open Pool Position Location: Aurora, Fort Collins, and/or surrounding areas Work Location: Position is fully in-office/in-person The Department of Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS) is one of eight academic programs in the College of Health and Human Sciences (CHHS) at Colorado State University (CSU), a leading research university. The Research Scientist will contribute to interdisciplinary research activities, program evaluation projects, and services delivery, fostering grants and contracts. The person in this position will work closely with faculty and staff in CHHS, including HDFS, and collaborate with clinicians, scientists, and staff within the Colorado Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (CCTSI) and other partners. Responsibilities will include implementing activities within partnerships relevant to prevention and intervention science and services, developing community and stakeholder-engaged research and program evaluation collaborations, designing research studies, analyzing and interpreting data, and disseminating research findings through reports, manuscripts, and presentations. Required Qualifications: Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Human Development and Family Studies, or a closely related field (for Research Scientist/Scholar I) Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Human Development and Family Studies, or a closely related field, and at least 3 years of post-doctoral work or its equivalent (for Research Scientist/Scholar II) Preferred Qualifications: License to practice psychology in Colorado or license eligible in Colorado Experience working with diverse populations Demonstrated capacity to support attainment of extramural grants and contracts Postdoctoral clinical and/or research experience Record of high-quality scholarly publications Experience with clinical trials Colorado State University provides equal employment opportunities to all applicants and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type.
