is partnering with an established pre-owned vehicle dealership in

Gardendale, Alabama . We are currently seeking motivated

Automotive Sales Professionals

to join the dealership's sales team. Our client serves a diverse clientele, ranging from

first-time buyers to established luxury car purchasers , with vehicles ranging from

$15,000 to $125,000 . If you're passionate about matching customers with their perfect vehicle across all budget ranges and thrive in a

sales-driven environment , we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities:

Assist diverse customers

from first-time buyers to luxury car purchasers Guide customers through our inventory , ranging from $15,000 to $125,000, helping them find the perfect vehicle Explain financing options , from guaranteed credit approval to premium financing plans Conduct professional vehicle presentations

and test drives Maintain customer records

using our Dealercenter CRM system Build long-term relationships

with customers, ensuring repeat business and trust Stay knowledgeable about both

entry-level and luxury vehicle markets Work closely with our finance team to ensure appropriate lending solutions Qualifications:

Previous

sales experience

preferred, but not required Ability to work with a

diverse clientele

across various budget ranges Understanding of automotive financing

and credit situations is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license

with a clean driving record Computer proficiency Ability to work

scheduled hours , including Saturdays High school diploma

required; additional education is a plus Compensation Structure:

Front-End Sales (Vehicle Sales): 20% commission on the profit margin Example: If a vehicle sells for $30,000 with a cost of $27,000, the profit is $3,000. Your commission = $600 (20% of $3,000)

Back-End Sales (F&I Products): 10% commission on the profit margin for extended warranties, protection packages, and other F&I products Example: If a warranty sells for $3,500 with a cost of $1,000, the profit is $2,500. Your commission = $250 (10% of $1,000)

Total Earnings Example: For a sale involving both a vehicle and an F&I product, your total earnings could be $850 or more (depending on the sale).
