The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate key risks across the organization. This role involves designing risk frameworks, conducting analyses, and enabling decision‑making through risk insights and reporting.**Skills & Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred* 5+ years of relevant risk analysis, internal audit, compliance, or finance experience* Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices* Experience in identifying, assessing, and quantifying operational, financial, strategic, compliance, and reputational risks* Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and risk modeling* Advanced Excel and experience with risk systems or tools (e.g. risk dashboards, reporting platforms)* Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex risk issues to senior stakeholders* Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross‑functionally, and influence decision‑making* Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CIA are a plus**Key Responsibilities*** Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise risk management framework* Work with business units and functions to identify and document key risks, assess risk levels, and monitor risk mitigation plans* Perform quantitative and qualitative risk assessments, scenario analysis, stress testing, and emerging risk analysis* Develop risk indicators (KRIs), dashboards, and reporting to track trends and escalation to senior management* Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, legal, finance, and business owners to integrate risk considerations into strategic planning* Advise leadership on risk exposure, potential mitigation strategies, and risk appetite decisions* Support risk committee meetings and prepare risk briefings, reports, and presentations for the board or executive leadership* Continuously enhance risk policies, procedures, and tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality of risk analysis* Provide training, coaching, or workshops to embed risk awareness and culture across the organization
