Basic Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship Required.

Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience or Masters degree and 6 years or Associate’s degree and 10 years experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 12 years experience.

Experience in subcontract management and performance analysis.

Strong knowledge of contract compliance and performance evaluation methodologies.

Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) requirements.

Experience with ERP or contract management systems.

Knowledge of risk management principles.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to FAA programs or NAS systems.

Familiarity with FAA systems, air traffic control environments, or federal modernization programs.

Background in aviation, aerospace, or other mission-critical subcontractor performance environments.

Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.

Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), PMP, or CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager).

The ideal candidate will monitor subcontract deliverables, evaluate compliance with contractual obligations, and provide data-driven insights to program management and leadership. This is your opportunity to influence one of the most important modernization efforts in U.S. aviation.

In this position, you will:

Play a key role in ensuring subcontractors deliver on schedule, within scope, and to FAA standards, while supporting accountability and continuous improvement across the supply base.

Monitor subcontractor performance against contract terms, milestones, SLAs, and KPIs.

Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Prepare performance scorecards, dashboards, and reports for FAA leadership and program teams.

Collaborate with Contracts, Procurement, and Program Management to resolve performance issues.

Ensure subcontractor compliance with FAA, federal, and contractual requirements.

Participate in subcontractor reviews, audits, and performance evaluation meetings.

Support development of corrective action plans (CAPs) for underperforming subcontractors.

Maintain accurate records, metrics, and documentation to support contract compliance.

Contribute to subcontractor selection, evaluation, and risk assessments.

Provide recommendations for process improvements in subcontract performance management.

Experience supporting subcontractor audits, reviews, or performance evaluations.

Experience preparing audit-ready performance documentation.

Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and leadership stakeholders.
