We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Brewery Operational Excellence to lead initiatives that drive efficiency, quality, and performance across brewery operations. This role will play a key part in implementing a long-term operational transformation strategy, enhancing capacity, flexibility, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in lean manufacturing, change management, and operational leadership within a fast-paced production environment.
Position Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Change Management Lead cross-functional teams in driving organizational change and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. Serve as a coach and mentor on the factory floor, developing both leaders and hourly staff. Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership on lean methodologies and best practices. Create and implement site-specific lean strategies to address performance losses and opportunities. Lean Systems Development & Implementation Develop, implement, and maintain lean systems, tools, and processes focused on problem-solving and value stream optimization. Partner with Finance and other departments to ensure operational improvements align with financial performance. Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving productivity, cost, and quality. Develop KPIs to measure performance and ensure sustained improvement. Training & Engagement Train and coach team members at all levels on lean principles and continuous improvement techniques. Foster engagement and accountability across all functions to ensure lasting operational excellence. Utilize visual management and 5S principles to enhance communication, workflow, and efficiency. Collaboration & Strategic Execution Work collaboratively across departments to align operational goals with company-wide objectives. Structure and manage project timelines, resourcing, and cost planning to ensure successful execution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing agility and reduce waste. Prerequisites
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management. Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in manufacturing leadership. Proven ability to implement lean methodologies and lead large-scale change initiatives. Demonstrated success in fostering collaboration, standardizing processes, and driving measurable improvements. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to travel 50–60% as required. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt or Green Belt). Lean Manufacturing or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Certification. Project Management Certification. What the Role Offers

$100,000.00 – $159,000.00 Competitive base salary with annual discretionary bonus eligibility.
