Job Description Allied Universal® is hiring a GSOC Account Manager. The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Account Manager supports global security management and other business function leaders for a high-profile client. The GSOC Account Manager is expected to perform shift briefings, monitor team health, and ensure training requirements are met. The GSOC Account Manager is the local point of contact on all processes within the GSOC and directly responsible for the execution and improvement of policies, procedures, and processes.
Position location:
Frisco, TX (near HWY Dallas Pkwy & Warren Pkwy)
Annual Pay:
$70,000
Responsibility
Serve as communications hub for the Global Security department
Act as the initial point of contact in the GSOC for any business risk pertaining to the protection of the client’s people, assets, operations, and reputation
Oversee the operations of the GSOC, ensuring adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across all aspects of the operation
Work with the leadership team to prepare for, respond to, and recover from all incidents and crisis events that may impact the client domestically and internationally
Create and develop programs and processes that scale and balance near‑term goals and long‑term strategy
Ensure technical solutions, workflows, and processes for the GSOC continue to be accurate, efficient, and innovative; undertake quality assurance measures and develop and implement solutions to resolve deficiencies
Communicate and disseminate information to key stakeholders using established communication methods and procedures
Promote a culture that sustains employee satisfaction and retains a skilled and motivated workforce
Ensure staffing levels meet operational needs and operators are trained appropriately for their roles; develop and implement department and site‑specific training programs to ensure the success of the GSOC operation
Provides back‑up, support, and on‑call function as‑needed
Qualifications
Pass any State‑required training or other qualifications for licensing
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Public Safety, Cybersecurity, or related field of study
Minimum of three (3) years of intelligence, corporate, military, law enforcement, and/or security experience
Minimum of three (3) years of working in and leading personnel in a Global Security Operation Center (GSOC), or similar command center environment
Strong project management skills, with the ability to work in and define ambiguity/gray areas while adhering to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
Experience creating training material and conducting training programs
Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership
Excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills with a strong ability to lead in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Public Safety, Cybersecurity, or related field of study
Five (5) or more years of intelligence, corporate, military, law enforcement, and/or security experience
Gallagher Software knowledge a plus
Five (5) or more years working in and leading personnel in a Global Security Operation Center (GSOC), or similar command center environment
One or more of the following security industry certifications
Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
Physical Security Professional (PSP)
Certified Emergency Manager (CEM)
