The Data Integrity Project Analyst is responsible for supporting the Provider Network Data System (PNDS) process, assisting in the development of individualized Provider Dashboards, operations support, and managing Provider access to the Provider Quality Management tool.
Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor the New York State Provider Network Data System (PNDS) and report on the deficiencies.
Lead contact person for Quality Management portal access inquiries, and oversite of the day-to day management of issues and complaints, etc. related to portal access.
Review and update Quality Management system accounts based on monthly report
Reviews and ensures the completeness and accuracy of all credentialing site visit review documents.
Assisting in the development and maintenance of Provider Dashboard reporting, utilizing Salesforce and other data sources.
Creation of ongoing ad hoc reports, coordination of data mapping, and extracting data from multiple sources to produce analytical reports and dashboards.
Liaison for processing of routine and escalated provider directory data demographic management and reports all related matters.
Provide training for new departmental ad hoc project platforms and Subject Matter Expert for navigation of project platforms.
Assists with the maintenance of the departmental SharePoint site.
Strong understanding of operations analysis landscape and ability to problem solve creative solutions utilizing technology to alleviate manual processes.
Other duties as required and assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in healthcare administration, marketing, or a related area of study
Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare data analytics
1+ years of writing/developing SQL queries.
1+ years of experience working with relational databases and database structures

Proven excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to adapt in a challenging dynamic atmosphere
Proficiency in Salesforce, SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, Microsoft Office suite, and SQL
