Launch Program Manager, Reliability Maintenance and Engineering, Early Lifecycle Management

Join Reliability Maintenance and Engineering (RME) Early Lifecycle Management (ELM) as a Launch Program Manager. The Amazon fulfillment network consists of many different site types to meet the customer expectations. Small delivery stations bring packages to customers homes daily while large complex fulfillment centers utilize various technologies to store, package, and ship customer orders. The RME ELM team is responsible to ensure all site types and local RME teams are setup to successfully maintain buildings during operations. Key Responsibilities

Influence and drive critical path tasks with partners to maintain launch timelines. Represent RME ELM on site, coordinate training and onsite launch execution. Communicate regularly with customer and RME leadership teams on status, risks, and change control. Own the launch process and maintain high level of ownership over launch activities. Basic Qualifications

5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment. Bachelor’s degree. Preferred Qualifications

Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL. Experience managing third‑party vendors. Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing. Benefits
